Doing a specific thing(no matter what it is) 15 minutes daily can drastically change your life style.
Anyone can do something for 15 minutes no matter what it is:  running in place, cleaning, chin exercises or memorizing facts. 
My 15 minutes starts today.  In 30 days I will report the results and describe the change(s).

  1. So, Mg, what are you doing differently for 15 minutes each day? I am trying to do two things differently. First, read the Bible each morning before taking off for school and the busy day. Second, I am working on walking 30 minutes at least 5 days each week. I prefer to walk daily, but tonight I had to buy groceries so I didn't get home before dark. :(
